Movie Review – Language of a Broken Heart

Language of a Broken Heart Movie ReviewMovie Review – Language of a Broken Heart

Language of a Broken Heart is hardly a must see film from the many reviews it has all over the web.  On Rotten Tomatoes it received a 14% which is an awful score.  Here is a synopsis of the movie from RottenTomatoes.com:

“A neurotic best-selling author on love, with the heightened emotional capacity of a woman, can write so eloquently about the subject, but can’t keep girls from leaving him. After he comes back to his apartment in New York City to find his fiancé with another man, he returns to his hometown and the only woman he ever left, his mother.”

Basically this movie is missing the originality to set it apart  from the tons of other indie romantic comedies out today.  It follows the same path most of these types do, boy can’t get girl, boy finds perfect girl, boy gets girl.  If you are into those kind of movies then this will be right up your alley.  For the rest of movie watchers, this one is easily one you can pass over.
